Assistant Manager, Analytics & Customer Experience
Job Summary
Reporting to the AVP, Customer Experience & Digital, you will champion data analytics to improve platform growth and Customer Experience across Frasers Property Singapore’s retail ecosystem. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, identify experience gaps, provide customer insights and amplify platform reach
Job Description
Support data driven decision making
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations team to support lifecycle marketing initiatives, leverage on data analytics to proactively drive tactical campaigns
- Drive personalisation through proactive user segmentation and behavioural analysis. Support automated marketing, digital advertising, performance reporting to drive ecosystem growth
- Proactively manage performance dashboards by working hand-in-hand with vendors, Digital team and Malls to refine and maintain the system
Create positive experiences for internal and external customers
- Provide support for the Singapore retail business ecosystem by defining, articulating and balancing the needs of various internal and external stakeholders to drive positive Net Promoter Score across multiple touchpoints
- Refine customer’s and merchant’s data experience by identifying gaps in each stakeholder’s journey to optimise platform usability and ease of data application and integration
- Facilitate customer, merchant and internal dashboard enhancements with the support of external experience management consultants
- Drive performance reporting, support fraud analysis and business process improvement as and when required
Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure all aspects of the digital ecosystem adheres to Group IT policies, including data management best practices and Centre for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks where applicable
- Proactively identify data policy gaps and, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement corrective action
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 – 5 years of equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in Excel, SQL and experienced in using data visualising tools
- Strong analytical ability, great at data storytelling and translating data into actionable insights
- Good team player who enjoys working on complex projects with various stakeholders
