Job Summary

Support the spectrum of HR administration using SAP/ Prosoft system, partnering with HR Advisor colleagues in managing on-line and backend updates of staff records and documentations including administering and managing end to end of staff employment ensuring smooth operations of the shared services at Corporate and Property division of Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day HR transactions such as data entries, updates of employees’ data on SuccessFactor / ProSoft system and ensure proper p-file e-documentation on SharePoint.
  • Prepare letters including letter of employment, confirmation, transfer, extension of contract, acceptance of resignation letters and get the necessary sign off before sending it employees and updating HRIS system and payroll. 
  • Support Talent Acquisition to manage all tasks related to the onboarding of new hires, such as collection of documents, triggering SNOW request to IT, coordinate with Corp Admin to ensure smooth on-boarding of employees and follow up with internal administrative processes.
  • Manage end-to-end process of all applications of passes including work passes, dependent passes, and other staff licenses.
  • Handle employees’ data maintenance timely and accurately to ensure it is in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with department coordinators and HRIS to ensure proper Time & Attendance set up for new hires and transfers who are eligible for overtime payments.
  • Ensure complete HR exit clearance including cancelling of work passes and licences, if applicable.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Key Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 1 years in HR experience
  • Meticulous, highly organized, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in system and IT savvy with Microsoft Office Skills (ie Vlookup, Pivot table functions).
  • Prior SAP experience is an added advantage.
