Job Summary

To assist the Leasing Manager in effective lease management and tenancy matters to maximise returns and ensure smooth running of the centre's daily activities

Job Description

  • To support the team to achieve higher than projected occupancy rate and maximise rental income through effective marketing strategies, lease and arrears management. 
  • To maintain proper lease administration and ensure timely approvals of memos/documentation. 
  • To liaise closely with tenants on their fit-out works to ensure that they comply with the fit-out guidelines. 
  • To support the team to maintain a good tenant relation through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs. 
  • To assist timely submission of budget reports, Management reports and any other ad hoc reports (when applicable) 
  • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Key Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma or a Degree holder with at least 5 year of relevant leasing work experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates can be considered at an Executive Level 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to follow through tasks assigned.
