Job Summary

You will be a key member of the Investment Team that is responsible for growing and enhancing one of the largest real estate investment trusts (“REIT”) listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).

Job Description

  • Assist in underwriting and executing transactions, as well as carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities.
  • Manage transaction processes, including tax structuring, due diligence, legal documentation of investment agreements and related contracts.
  • Work with the senior team members to prepare bids and structure investment deals.
  • Prepare investment theses / proposals on investment opportunities for deal approval documentation.
  • Develop market intelligence and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, brokerage firms, property consultants and other industry players.
  • Support fund raising and other capital market projects from time to time.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or real estate business
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a real estate firm / fund covering structuring, investment management, acquisitions and divestments.
  • CFA or CAIA certification will be an added advantage.
  • Possess intimate knowledge in corporate finance, capital markets, finance & accounting related field and/or investment management in real estate related assets.
  • Strong in financial modelling and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
