About the Role

Support the Finance team in data validation and administrative activities related to the implementation of a new financial consolidation system. The role will assist with reviewing system-generated reports, performing basic data checks, maintaining project trackers, and coordinating testing activities.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist the Finance team in reviewing and validating data migrated into the new consolidation system.
  • Perform basic comparison checks between reports from existing and new systems using predefined templates and instructions.
  • Highlight data differences and exceptions for review by finance team members.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain validation results and supporting documents.
  • Support testing activities by preparing files, templates, and test data as required.
  • Record testing outcomes, user feedback, and identified issues in project trackers.
  • Maintain issue logs, action item registers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with team members to collect information and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, note-taking, and other project-related administrative tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team during key project milestones.

What you’ll bring

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a Degree, or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines or a recent fresh graduate in related disciplines.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • No prior finance or system implementation experience required.
