Job Purpose:

The Marketing Account Executive serves as a liaison across team within organization, ensuring that the objectives or goals are reached. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Collaborate with other team or department to execute marketing plans to reach objective/goals within timeline
  • Coordinate with external and internal teams, such as creative and media, to deliver high-quality marketing materials and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with corporate communications and business units, creative agencies and internal teams to develop and execute IMC campaigns.
  • Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage internal team to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
  • Ensure marketing execution align with company or business units objectives
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
  • Develops reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget

 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field                                                                                                       
  • Experience (Minimum professional experience required)
  • At least 7 years of experience for Assistant Manager position as a marketing or similar role with a focus on integrated marketing strategy execution
  • Strong interpersonal skill, analytical, strategic thinking & planning and presenting.
  • Proficient knowledge in recent marketing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good command of English and computer literate.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Understanding of branding principles and strategies
  • Strong understanding of IMC principles, lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively convey the brand message across various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of various marketing platforms and stay updated on digital, trends, and innovations in marketing tools/channels.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt to changes
