Job Summary

Provide administrative support to assistant to CEO, handling matters such as documentations, payments and reimbursement, logistic arrangements, book venue and other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the assistant to CEO (travel and hotel arrangements, booking of venues, booking of cars, visas, estimate travelling expenses etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for invoices / reimbursements for assistant to CEO and Asset management including check that all expenses are within budget.
  • Assist with coordination for events such as religious ceremonies for One Bangkok & The PARQ.
  • Assist with other arrangements such as lunch meetings and transportation arrangements as well as coordinate for proper logistic arrangement for committee meetings.
  • Complete all payment for vendors in format of APL, AFP, SAP as well as proceed reimbursements and expenses for Development CEO and make sure it’s in line with payment plan and key-in FA Workflow Sharepoint monthly.
  • To greet and welcome guests upon arrival and standby for further requests such as taking drink orders, coffee break or meal during the meetings.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your directly report, including applying reasonable effort and professionalism to assume assigned duties based on area of expertise.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Science or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience as Adminstation Officer Support.
  • Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal including communication skills.
