Job Summary
Job Description

Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for IT equipment, software, licenses, and IT-related services in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and outsourced service providers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on deliveries.

Review and verify procurement-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents for payment processing.

Manage and maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, network equipment, and software licenses (receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, and disposal).

Maintain and regularly update IT asset and inventory records, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking.

Coordinate with Finance/Accounting teams on vendor setup, asset capitalization, and payment processes.

Support IT administrative and operational activities, such as preparing IT equipment for new hires and collecting equipment from employees upon resignation.

Prepare and submit related reports, including IT inventory status, IT cost summaries, and PR/PO tracking reports.

Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or supervisor.
Key Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, IT procurement, PR/PO processing, or IT inventory management.

Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and license management.

Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
