Job Summary

Job Description

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for IT equipment, software, licenses, and IT-related services in accordance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and outsourced service providers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on deliveries.

  • Review and verify procurement-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents for payment processing.

  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, network equipment, and software licenses (receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, and disposal).

  • Maintain and regularly update IT asset and inventory records, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking.

  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounting teams on vendor setup, asset capitalization, and payment processes.

  • Support IT administrative and operational activities, such as preparing IT equipment for new hires and collecting equipment from employees upon resignation.

  • Prepare and submit related reports, including IT inventory status, IT cost summaries, and PR/PO tracking reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or supervisor.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, IT procurement, PR/PO processing, or IT inventory management.

  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and license management.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
