Job Summary

Job Description

  • Plan and execute monthly lifestyle and wellness activities to enhance the workplace experience.                                
  • Organize special events and networking opportunities for C-level executives and management.                                
  • Implement and execute the 6-star tenant onboarding program, providing personalized move-in support and detailed orientation sessions.                                
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM system to ensure personalized assistance and exclusive amenities for tenants.                                
  • Execute a follow up discussion with tenants to ensure continuous engagement, future event collaboration and satisfaction among by conducting quarterly check-ins.                                
  • Support in daily operation on the amenities floor to ensure highest standards of service and functionality.                                
  • Responsible for organizing tenant activities and building a strong community within One Bangkok Workplace.                                 
  • Initiate new activities and collaborate with our in house tenants and partners to generate more social engagement and revenue from level 6 amenities.                                 
  • Foster a vibrant and engaging community by promoting personal growth, productivity, and a sense of belonging through series of events among tenants and people outside of community.                                 
  • Responsible for analyzing and making use of tenant data to customize approaches for the higest level of tenant satisfaction.                                 
  • Support in managing a team of receptionists, baristas, bartenders, and other support staff to ensure smooth operations at the amenities floor.                                 
     

Key Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication or related field                                
8- 15 Years in related field
