Job Summary

    • Work with the Manager to oversee the performance of outsourced building management service providers.

    • Collaborate with the Manager to supervise the work of various outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, building standards, and requirements, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services.

    • Follow up and coordinate with customers in collaboration with the TRM Office & Retail team.

    • Monitor and follow up on complaints and/or suggestions from customers, tenants, and building users to improve and enhance service efficiency.

    • When defects or issues are reported, coordinate with the building management team to identify and implement corrective actions.

Key Qualification

  • Support other operational tasks, such as legal documentation, various reports, and the preparation of the building management budget.

  • Participate in monitoring and inspecting operations related to the MOZART program.

  • Attend building management meetings as scheduled.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

  • Perform other building management duties as assigned.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the approval process for payments related to building management procurement to prevent any payment delays.

  • Prepare APL documents and general administrative documents as assigned.

  • Plan and monitor the progress of building management activities to ensure timely completion.

  • Manage inventory and stock of building equipment and consumables, including monitoring issuance and usage records.
