Assistant Manager, Public Relation
Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – PR will plan, develop, and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand. This role leads PR activities, including events, press visits, and crisis management, while coordinating with internal teams and media agencies. Responsibilities also include content creation in Thai and English, monitoring PR results, reporting activities, managing event assets, and supporting the PR team to achieve communication goals.
Job Description
- Contribute in Planning, developing and implementing PR campaigns
- Organize and coordinate all PR-led activities e.g. press conferences, exhibitions, special events, corporate PR, press visits, crisis management
- Possess writing skills to create content for press releases, articles, keynote presentations, speeches, etc both in Thai and English
- Develop PR event brief and coordinate with responsible parties, including photographers.
- Work with PR and media agencies to deliver a maximum quality of work that aligns with PR objectives and timeline.
- Work closely with the marketing team, event team and other business units on specific projects related to achieving communications objectives.
- Develop good relationship with media from property, business & CSR, sustainability, social, and lifestyle media
- Create reports of PR activities/news on a monthly & annual basis, and organize other assets management (event photos and press releases storage)
- Perform a supporting role on all required tasks under PR team
Key Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in PR, corporate communications, or media relations; experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

Strong organizational, event management, and project coordination skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience working with media, PR agencies, and stakeholders.

Ability to create high-quality press releases, presentations, speeches, and content.

Knowledge of CSR, sustainability, lifestyle, and property media is an advantage.

Strong analytical and reporting skills for PR outcomes.
