Job Summary

We seek an experienced and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our Resi-sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales strategies, managing high-profile client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the global real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close deals with international clients.

Job Description

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain international clients, focusing on high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing personalized services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in the international market, including emerging trends, competitive analysis, and potential client segments.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, and attending international trade shows, property exhibitions, and other relevant events.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property tours to international clients, highlighting the unique selling points of the properties.

Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market analysis, to be presented to the senior management team.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with local and international legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline the sales process and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in real estate is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Skills:

Strong understanding of global real estate markets and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
