Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing - Event
Job Summary
Execute event marketing plan to increase the awareness and visitation that will link to positioning. Responsible for the execution success in giving experience to shoppers. Cross functioning to other marketing to ensure holistic picture of execution in place. Working with other related department to smoothen operation execution for success.
Job Description
- Execute event marketing plan with the consideration of customer demand, seasonal commercial merchandising mix, tenant’s requirement with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
- Manage and work closely with agency and organizer of events to achieve the deliverables within time plan.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
- Connect and strengthen relationship with partners to effectively balance a mutual benefit toward event marketing activities that will take place and will benefit to shopping centre.
- Communicate a minimum in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of space utilization, so they can effectively use information for their purpose. Follow up on functional meeting of event marketing events with relevant function.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Keeping updated on market trends & competitor events.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business administration with concentration on marketing, management.
- +3-5 years of experience related to event function is needed.
- Strong experience in event area with or within retail or shopping centre business.
- Experience within the shopping centre industry, or other related retails business is preferred.
- Good in Thai and English Communication with strong in computer literacy.
