Job Summary

Responsible for managing and improving cleaning and facility services in common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Job Description

  • Manage overall cleaning and housekeeping operations in common areas
  • Develop and improve cleaning standards, SOPs, and service quality
  • Oversee restroom, landscape, pest control, and waste management operations
  • Manage scent system and facility ambiance standards
  • Plan and control minor repair and improvement works
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor budget, cost control, and service efficiency
  • Analyze issues and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Prepare management reports and performance analysis

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Facility Management or related field preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in facility, housekeeping, or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, hygiene standards, and facility systems
  • Experience in vendor management and cost control
  • Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
