Responsible for managing and improving cleaning and facility services in common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Job Description
- Manage overall cleaning and housekeeping operations in common areas
- Develop and improve cleaning standards, SOPs, and service quality
- Oversee restroom, landscape, pest control, and waste management operations
- Manage scent system and facility ambiance standards
- Plan and control minor repair and improvement works
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor budget, cost control, and service efficiency
- Analyze issues and implement continuous improvement plans
- Prepare management reports and performance analysis
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Facility Management or related field preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in facility, housekeeping, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, hygiene standards, and facility systems
- Experience in vendor management and cost control
- Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
