Job Summary

Responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the procurement strategy to achieve company objectives.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories of goods and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely supply and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, project teams) to forecast needs and plan procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development programs.
  • Mentor and guide junior procurement staff when applicable.

Key Qualification

  • Minimum 4–5 years in procurement or sourcing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, MS Office, SAP, Flow One and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, contract management, and supply chain principles.
