Job Summary

 

 

Job Description

  • Provide legal support in drafting, revising, commenting, and participating in negotiation of MOUs, LOIs, contracts, and legal documents related to joint venture, investment, property development, hotel, and real estate; such as Joint Venture/Shareholder Agreements, Shareholder Loan Agreements, Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, EPC/UDA Agreements, etc. including its ancillary agreements.     
  • Give comprehensive legal opinions and support to internal business units for matters and operations related to the company business and operation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and manage external counsel, ensuring alignment with legal strategies and mitigation of legal risks effectively, while upholding high standards of legal service.
  • Manage, oversee, and supervise legal teams.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law (preferred lawyer license)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a law firm or real estate company (preferred international company)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through effective interactions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to give precision-driven legal opinion and advice to related business units.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.  
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate and commercial regulations and laws, including market practices.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English.
