Job Summary

Job Description

  • Lead and drive office leasing activities to achieve occupancy, rental revenue, and portfolio performance targets.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and tenant retention across the office portfolio.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, tenant demand analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Lead lease negotiations and oversee the preparation and execution of leasing proposals, Letters of Offer (LOO), tenancy agreements, renewals, and amendments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate occupiers, property consultants, and brokerage firms to drive leasing performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Property Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management teams to enhance tenant experience and support business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the development of tenant-facing digital platforms, including leasing websites and mobile applications.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Salesforce and other leasing systems to improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and customer experience.
  • Ensure leasing opportunities, tenant records, and transaction data are accurately maintained, analyzed, and reported to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team, while providing regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial office leasing, real estate, property development, or asset management.
     
  • Proven track record in achieving leasing targets for Grade A office buildings, mixed-use developments, or large commercial portfolios.
     
  • Experience in managing complex lease negotiations and tenant relationships with multinational corporations and key accounts.
     
  • Prior experience leading leasing teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
     
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of office leasing practices, real estate market dynamics, and commercial lease structures.
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate leasing proposals and business cases.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
