Retail - AVP, Casual Leasing/ Media & Sponsorship
- Create marketing strategy and action plan to generate marketing income from Causal Leasing space, Media & Sponsorship from event & campaign with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
- Set and control an annual marketing revenue budget & forecast revenue from the augmentation & event. And on monthly basis for forecasting purpose with understanding of accrual of revenue and expenses where it is necessary.
- Maximize the media resources for campaign sponsorship and media sales activities to achieve revenue target.
- Manage to get confirmation on time for overall sponsorship, resources allocation, media support, media return with good balancing of spending toward those activities with strong marketing efficacy measurement.
- Connect and strengthen relationship with partners to effectively utilize the space to benefit shopping centre.
- To explore potential partners in the market for business models that can gain more revenue and increase more sponsorship program.
- Communicate in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of space utilization, so they can effectively use information for their purpose. Lead the merchandising event functional meeting with relevant partners.
- Regularly monitor the revenue and expense on merchandise events and shares the reports to VP of marketing.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail leasing, media sales, sponsorship, or marketing revenue generation, preferably in shopping malls or commercial real estate
- Proven track record in driving marketing income through casual leasing, media sales, sponsorships, and event monetization
- Strong experience in budget planning, revenue forecasting, and financial management, with good understanding of accruals, revenue recognition, and expense control
- Solid knowledge of media planning, sponsorship management, and integrated marketing strategies
- Strong network with brands, agencies, and business partners to drive partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects/meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor performance, evaluate ROI, and present insights to senior management
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities and innovative revenue streams
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
