Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing billing process, create contract in RE Module in SAP, issuing  all revenue invoice  for corporate company,providing billing data report to management 

Job Description

1. Create Contract data in SAP System
2. Issuing all invoices RE module, FI Module,, other project i.e. ICON, Supermarket and Foodcourt
3. Accured Income and detail deffered income
4.Issued Tax Credit Note/Credit Note
5. Reconcile tax credit note
6. Develop and improve SAP system worklfow
7. Support users in SAP system to achieve information or reports for further
8.Others ad hoc related to Data contract and billing process.

Key Qualification

 - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in finance, billing process 
 - Proficiency in using financial systems (SAP or similar) for billing 
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve tenant and client issues efficiently.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 - Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Accounting) to ensure smooth operations.
