Job Summary

The Tenant Experience Assistant supports the Tenant Experience Manager in delivering engaging workplace community initiatives and events that enhance tenant satisfaction and overall well-being. This role is responsible for assisting in event coordination, content creation, and communication to promote tenant engagement programs. The position also contributes to maintaining tenant data, supporting CRM updates, and tracking engagement performance to continuously improve the workplace experience.

Job Description

  • Assist the Tenant Experience Manager in creating engaging workplace community initiatives and lifestyle events that enhance tenant satisfaction and well-being.
  • Capture photos and visual content at all events and activities for use across internal communications, digital platforms, and social media.
  • Support in designing artwork, event materials, and creative content that reflect the brand identity and promote tenant engagement programs.  
  • Contribute ideas to new activities, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen the workplace community and encourage participation.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, scheduling, invitations, and follow-up communications for tenant events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate tenant information and engagement records within the CRM system to ensure personalized communications and services.
  • 7.Support reporting on event performance, tenant engagement, and feedback to continuously improve community-building efforts.

Key Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, community engagement, or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong creativity with an eye for design; basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus
  • Interest or experience in photography and content creation for social media and digital platforms
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or data management is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
  • Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken)
