Job Summary

Job Description

Learning & Development (70%)

-Support end-to- end processes of learning & development interventions for both inhouse & customized programs i.e. focal point / Development interventions 

-Collaborate strongly with stakeholders & team in executing the talent & learning strategy by utilizing best-in- class programs, content and facilitation.

-Create innovative, effective learning solutions with leading solutions with leading-edge learning technology and methods that enable scale and support a large and distributed workforce.

-Prepare and monitor the ongoing LMS and all learning activities report in assuring the whole transactions are smooth

-Verify the information received from the stakeholders for the analysis and application of the system in designed. 

-Monitor and proceed the report of staff records and database management.

-Accountable for developing and reviewing Learning Road Map, learning development programs, learning courses and delivering ongoing training for all learning format and give information to associates team to make the productivity improvement Learning courses.

Employees Experiences & Engagement(30%)

-Support end-to-end activities year plan including key success initiators

-Set and prepare staff engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives as assigned 

-Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
Be a partner with line manager cultural survey and debrief sessions with business

Key Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HRD functions
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end learning and development processes, including training programs, LMS, and learning interventions
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Experience in designing and implementing learning solutions, training roadmaps, and development programs
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to manage reports, data, and staff records effectively
  • Experience in employee engagement activities, including event planning, team building, and cultural initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support conflict resolution and HR-related inquiries
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
