Job Summary

Responsible for supporting event marketing and operations, including event setup, coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and high service standards.

Job Description

  • Support event marketing activities and related operations
  • Prepare and handover event spaces in accordance with requirements and schedules
  • Coordinate event setup, provide on-site support during events, and oversee dismantling
  • Ensure event areas meet safety standards, cleanliness, and proper utility access
  • Liaise and coordinate with engineering, security, and cleaning teams
  • Monitor event compliance with venue policies and handle on-site issues effectively
  • Collect and manage event deposits, expenses, and damage fees
  • Maintain stock control of event equipment and supplies

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in event operations, event marketing, or venue management
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in handling event setup, operations, and dismantling processes
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations, facility management, and compliance standards
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, cleaning, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage on-site issues effectively
  • Financial handling experience (deposit collection, expense tracking, damage fees)
  • Good organizational skills, including stock control and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends or events)
