Job Summary

Responsible for supporting event marketing and operations, including event setup, coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and high service standards.

Job Description

  • Support event marketing activities and related operations
  • Prepare and handover event spaces in accordance with requirements and schedules
  • Coordinate event setup, provide on-site support during events, and oversee dismantling
  • Ensure event areas meet safety standards, cleanliness, and proper utility access
  • Liaise and coordinate with engineering, security, and cleaning teams
  • Monitor event compliance with venue policies and handle on-site issues effectively
  • Collect and manage event deposits, expenses, and damage fees
  • Maintain stock control of event equipment and supplies

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in event operations, event marketing, or venue coordination
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Basic financial management skills (budgeting, expense tracking)
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English
  • Flexible to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
