Executive, Retail Operation Coordinator
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating with tenants on daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, supporting handover processes, and maintaining compliance with mall rules and operational standards.
Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants from pre-handover to daily operations and handback
- Coordinate tenant handover and handback processes
- Maintain good tenant relationships and handle day-to-day communication
- Ensure tenants comply with handbook, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate and follow up on design and fit-out plans with relevant teams
- Support tenants on operational requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Follow up on tenant incidents and ensure proper resolution
- Monitor and support tenant performance and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and support leasing-related activities
- Prepare basic reports and maintain proper documentation
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Retail, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, tenant coordination, or property management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, tenant management, and fit-out processes
- Problem-solving skills with a service-minded attitude
- Able to work flexible hours if required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
