Job Summary

Data and Business Analytics play an important role in driving the data-driven organization. As a key member of the IT&D leadership team, this role brings current knowledge and future vision to drive the data-driven culture, lead the data management services team and support the overall Digital Strategies and innovation. Research and experimentation in emerging Data and AI technologies to ensure the company stays at the forefront of digital technology and enhances the value from data and insights.

Job Description

  • Data and Business Analytics will work to shape and define the company analytics capabilities, working directly with key stakeholders, business users and data management services team at strategic level,  implementing plan and provide data-driven solutions. 
  • Develop data & business analytics roadmap and responsive approach to manage data analytics and enable better decision making whilst enabling a continuous focus on driving efficiencies and continuous improvement. 
  • Explore new business problems through data science, AI, and business analytics, build a team of specialists and support a working culture data-driven organization by collaboration, continuous improvement, and commitment to deliver. 
  • Initiate and deliver the data and analytics program priorities, ensuring they have a clear strategy and path to reach defined outcomes. 
  • Develop and manage the data and analytic platforms, e.g. CDP, Data Lake/Data Warehouse, Data Service Catalog, and Tools. 
  • Manage the project-associated operational processes, including the initial setup of the team, defining the data architect, and putting in place the required governance. 

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management or related field is preferable 
  • Minimum at least 10 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas of technical, business and management experience. 
  • Plan, develop and execute the data and business analytics roadmap and communication plan for the technology solutions and tools. 
  • Lead the data science, AI, data architect and business analytics development. 
  • Evolve the Data Platform and processes to unlock deeper value from data, research ideas and concepts in data-driven solution and technical levels. 
  • Engage business stakeholders to support core business reporting and insights. 
  • Project management and support. 
  • Project financial and budget management.
