Job Summary

Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of a mixed-use property, which includes residential, commercial, and retail spaces. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring a safe environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols.
  • Manage and supervise a team of security officers.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Prepare and maintain security reports and records.
  • Train security staff on emergency procedures and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee access control systems and procedures.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a mixed-use property or similar environment.
  • Proven experience in managing security teams and developing security protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies.
  • Experience in emergency response and crisis management.
  • Good command in English and excellent in communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
