Manager, Finance (Collection)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Finance Manager to lead the Collection Team for a large-scale real estate business under the One Bangkok projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the full collection process across multiple business segments, including office leasing, hospitality, residential sales, and related operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate receivables, customer account management, and debt recovery strategies, ensuring timely collection and reduction of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end collection process for office tenants, hotels, residences, and other real estate business units.
- Monitor AR aging reports and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue balances.
- Collaborate with Legal, Leasing, and Finance teams to resolve billing disputes, negotiate payment plans, and handle non-payment cases.
- Develop and implement collection strategies, dunning letter schedules, and reporting tools to optimize cash flow.
- Supervise and coach the collection team, set performance KPIs, and ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in credit control or AR collection management in the real estate sector.
- Solid understanding of lease agreements, billing terms, and collection practices for commercial real estate (office, retail, hotel, residential).
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with experience managing customer accounts, AR modules, and collection reports.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
