Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead the Payment Team for a diversified real estate business under the One Bangkok and The PARQ projects. This role oversees financial operations related to office and retail leasing, hotel, residential sales, and other related businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, supporting business operations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.

Job Description

  1. Manage and supervise all payment construction and operations, including vendor payments, staff reimbursements, CAPEX/OPEX disbursements, and project-related funding. 
  2. Monitor payment cycles and ensure alignment with contractual terms, budget controls, and internal approval policies.
  3. Coordinate with Treasury, Procurement, Legal, and Business Units to resolve payment-related issues and support operational needs.
  4. Review and improve payment workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with accounting and tax standards.
  5. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing payment team to support business expansion and integration with group companies.

Key Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the real estate industry.
  3. Proven experience in managing payments for real estate businesses such as office leasing, retail spaces, hotels, or residential projects.
  4. Hands-on experience in SAP, particularly in payment workflows, vendor master data, and financial reporting modules.
  5. Strong knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and internal control over payment processes.
