Job Summary

The Manager, Finance (Collection) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection operations for One Bangkok, covering Retail, GP, Marketing Events, One-Time Customers, Car Parking, and other related businesses such as ACS-Wireless Club and The Storeys Lounge. This role requires strong experience in debt collection within the real estate, retail, or commercial property sectors. The manager will lead the team to ensure effective collection processes, timely resolution of tenant issues, and accurate financial reporting. Close collaboration with the accounting department is essential to maintain financial integrity. The position also focuses on continuous process improvement and supporting overall business objectives.

Job Description

1.Oversee and manage the overall collection operations for One Bangkok, including Retail, GP, Marketing Events, One-Time Customers, Car Parking, and other related businesses. 

2.Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, and handle tenant or customer issues related to billing and payment disputes. 

3.Prepare and review weekly and monthly collection reports (e.g., AR aging, revenue reports) to support management decision-making. 

4.Coordinate closely with the Accounting Department to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data in SAP and related systems. 

5.Lead, coach, and develop the collection team to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuously improve collection processes and operational efficiency. 

Key Qualification

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

2.Minimum 7 years of experience in collection or credit control, preferably in real estate, retail, or commercial property businesses 

3.Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to drive collection performance and resolve complex issues. 

4.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid experience in preparing and interpreting AR aging and collection reports. 

5.Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, and strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
