Job Summary

Responsible for managing financial operations, AR collection, and cashier processes to ensure accurate reporting and smooth daily transactions. Supports operations, prepares key management reports, coordinates with accounting, and ensures compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Job Description

  • Handle overall financial operations and support the operations team to ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions, with proper financial reporting and presentation.

  • Design and prepare key management reports such as AR Aging and Revenue Reports to support executives and group-level decision-making.

  • Manage and control the operation and collection processes for The One Bangkok project, including document validation and SAP system accuracy.

  • Resolve tenant/client issues related to collections and operations efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

  • Supervise the operations team to ensure compliance with SOPs and drive process improvements.

  • Oversee cashier operations, including:

    • Preparing and delivering daily cash floats.

    • Counting, verifying, and reconciling end-of-day cash with sales reports.

    • Ensuring timely bank deposits.

    • Investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate documentation in line with internal control policies.

  • Support both internal and external audits related to finance and cashier operations.

  • Provide management information and support any ad-hoc reporting needs.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry (residential, office, or retail), with exposure to financial operations, AR collection, or cashier processes

  • Hands-on experience in managing financial transactions, overseeing cashier operations, reconciling daily sales vs. cash, and preparing management reports (e.g., AR Aging, Revenue Reports)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and document control processes

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize under pressure, and ensure accurate financial reporting for management and stakeholders

  • A proactive team player with strong coordination and communication skills across departments (e.g., Operations, Accounting)

  • Flexible, with a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to continuous process improvement

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
