Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners, conveying messages accurately and efficiently.
Managing the tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Focusing on tenant satisfaction and retention could be a significant part of the role. This might involve organizing tenant appreciation events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements based on that feedback.
Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure that any issues reported by tenants are addressed promptly.
Ensuring that both landlords and tenants are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the landlord-tenant relationship.
Providing tenants with information about their rights and responsibilities, as well as educating them on property policies and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and resolutions for documentation and analysis.
Key Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
