- Strategic PR Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on retail, lifestyle, and community-building initiatives. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Media Relations:
Build and maintain media relationships, coordinate outreach efforts, and manage press materials like releases and media kits.
- Event Management:
Organize media events and influencer partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand values.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Foster strong relationships with internal teams to stay informed about tenant activities and property events.
- Crisis Communication:
Develop crisis communication plans, respond to PR issues, and provide media training for internal representatives.
- Performance Measurement:
Track campaign performance, monitor media coverage, and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of public relations experience, ideally within retail, shopping centers, or real estate development sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong media network and understanding of media relations, particularly in lifestyle, retail, and property sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in crafting press releases, speeches, and other PR materials.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in PR and media monitoring tools, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
