Job Summary
- Ensure services to customers are at superior level by providing a complete knowledge of tenants, attractions, facilities, services, promotion and activities in our Shopping Center.
Job Description
- Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients/customers and maintain adequate appointment times.
- To promote marketing activities to the public, our customers and our tenants and have an up-to-date knowledge and information of tenants, promotional events that is currently on offered at Shopping Center
- Provide comprehensive information to our visitors including the latest promotional offers, event program.
- Support and communicate with marketing team regarding any marketing activities, promotion, events, and redemption.
- Responsible for lost & found and Parking E-stamp service for customers.
- Develops and supports VIP membership at VIP lounge by providing and promoting information on membership benefits.
Key Qualification
- Bachalor degree, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support in Shopping Center
- Can communicate in English
