Tax Manager and Business Development

1. Manage about Tax tasks/ issues included Tax operation/filling and Planning                   

2. Initiate/ improvement the integrated business operation and compliance process

3. Advice operation/subordinate team regarding to tax matters

Job Description

  • Understanding of business overview operation process which impacts taxes for further improvement of tax operation to align with business objective.
  • Strong background of taxes regulations (Real estate regulation for VAT, CIT will be advantage) and able to apply for tax case included finding reference the revenue case or tax court case to support the issues.
  • Proficiency or understanding in SAP and Microsoft offices application for works tasks such as tracking related tax transactions, recording transactions and prepare tax planning model etc.
  • Review Monthly/Half Year and Annual Tax Reconciliations and Balance Sheet reconcile items.
  • Follow up Tax refund and Coordinate with advisors, authorities (LTO and Area RD) and HQ tax team about tax matters.
  • Initiate and develop SOP (Standard of Procedures) related to finance and account and taxes procedures to align with business objective and comply with laws and regulation.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or law
  • Understanding offinancial statement / Tax regulation
  • Business acumen
  • SAP experience will be advantage

Skills and Knowledge (Minimum specifics skills and competencies required)

  • Microsoft office excel (Advance level)
  • Liaise with auditor / tax auditor or perform/manage of taxes filing.
  • Basic of Financial performance / Operation process
  • Able to supervise, lead communication effectively in a team.
  • Collaborate well with multi-functional parties.
  • Opened and Positive attitude
