Job Summary

Enhance Tenant Satisfaction through personalized support, proactive issue resolution, and continuous engagement initiatives.                                        
Improve Complaint Management by introducing an efficient system for handling tenant concerns, ensuring positive outcomes and long-term tenant loyalty.                                        
Increase Operational Efficiency by managing the Tenant Services Manager and the broader support team, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high service standards.                                        
Leverage Tenant Data to understand tenant behavior, needs, and satisfaction, thereby enabling a personalized and proactive approach to service delivery.                                        
Boost Community Engagement by organizing lifestyle and wellness activities, as well as C-level networking opportunities to staff level, to create a sense of belonging among tenants.                                        
 

Job Description

  • Oversee the Tenant Services Manager and provide guidance on handling tenant requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any concerns.                                
  • Develop and implement strategies to handle tenant complaints efficiently, focusing on service recovery, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.                                
  • Plan and execute monthly lifestyle and wellness activities to enhance tenant engagement, promote work-life balance, and build a cohesive community.                                
  • Organize exclusive events and networking opportunities for C-level executives and senior management to foster high-level relationships within the One Bangkok community.                                
  • Implement a comprehensive 6-star tenant onboarding program, offering personalized support and orientation to new tenants to ensure a seamless transition into the community.                                
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring that all tenant interactions are documented and that personalized assistance and amenities are provided to enhance the tenant experience.                                
  • Lead and conduct monthly check-ins with tenants to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for future collaborations and engagement.                                

Key Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication or related field                                
10-25 Years in related field
