Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional to lead the preparation and presentation of operational and financial reports for management. This role is responsible for driving the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate statutory and management reporting. The position requires close coordination with business units (BUs) to collect, validate, and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial systems such as SAP, a solid understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to assess their impact on reporting. This role also involves providing ad-hoc financial insights to senior leadership, collaborating on business models with the investment team, and supervising a high-performing reporting team.

Job Description

-Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management
-Lead the annual budget process and financial forecasting
-Coordinate with BUs to collect, validate, and interpret financial data
-Assess the impact of new accounting standards on financial reporting
-Identify improvement opportunities based on financial analysis
-Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems (SAP and others)
-Ensure accurate and timely management and statutory reporting
-Support senior management with ad-hoc financial insights
-Communicate with BUs and help BUs to develop their business
-Work closely with management and investment team for business models
-Supervise and develop the reporting team to achieve performance goals

Key Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-CPA license or Big4 experience is an advantage
-Experience in real estate or related industry preferred
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Analytical and strategic thinking
-Excellent command of English communication

-Can work under pressure
