Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in managing Hospitality Project Interior Design in One Bangkok by leading project design process and controlling construction quality to achieve the standard of the hotels.
The team manages and coordinates with all related parties, internal departments, operators, and consultants to complete the project within the budget, schedule, and achieving the quality as designed.

Job Description

  • Responsible for project development and design management of Hotel projects in One Bangkok
  • Conduct and control project master schedule and project budget
  • Coordinate with internal departments within the organization and external consultants, hotel operators, design professionals, and contractors throughout project development, design, cost control, procurement, and construction process.
  • Review consultants contract documents and monitor the contract until close-out and turnover to hotel operators
  • Review design drawings and provide guidance/ solutions
  • Conduct and control project related tasks
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture/ Architecture or other related field
  • Master Degree (Optional) in Design Management/ Real Estate Development/ Interior Architecture/ Architecture
  • At least 5-10 Years work experience.
  • Strong ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and familiarity with construction processes and materials.
  • Experience managing hotel operators, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Understanding of contracts, compliance, and green building standards (LEED, WELL).
