One Bangkok : Assistant Manager, District Operations & Facility Management - Digital Platforms
Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the implementation of digital platform solutions for facilities management in One Bangkok. This role involves creating digital twins of buildings, infrastructure, MEP and technology systems to enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, sustainability, and user experience across the One Bangkok portfolio.
The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative and leadership skills with a deep understanding of digital solutions in facilities management. You will drive the digital experience strategy, ensuring technology adoption supports our mission of smarter, more connected facilities.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy digital twin models for buildings, common areas, and infrastructure assets.
- Integrate building systems (HVAC, lighting, energy, security, etc.) with IoT sensors and facility management platforms.
- Use BIM (Building Information Modeling) and GIS data to build accurate 3D/semantic models of estates.
- Monitor building performance in real-time to drive predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and space utilization insights.
- Collaborate with facilities teams, property managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Support sustainability initiatives through data-driven building operations (e.g., carbon tracking, energy benchmarking).
- Maintain digital twin fidelity over time with continuous data updates and system integrations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for management meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in smart facilities and digital experience management.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), IoT platforms, and digital twin frameworks (e.g., Azure Digital Twins, Siemens, Bentley).
- Understanding of building operations, smart building technologies, and FM tools (e.g., IWMS, CAFM systems).
- Knowledge of real estate lifecycle, asset management, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, ISO 50001).
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Previous work on smart building or campus-scale digital twin projects.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Digital Twin dashboards).
- Awareness of cybersecurity and data governance in smart environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
