Job Summary

Performing key functions to support sales, marketing and customer service teams in the form of administrative tasks, office-based duties, coordinate for all sales & marketing campaigns/ documents.   Processing / tracking all related paperwork and payments and maintaining an accurate database.

Job Description

  • Handle all documentation, reports, payments and general office administration
  • Manage and organize the department's administrative activities including calling, filing, issuing memo, purchase order, asset etc.
  • Maintain and update database in all related systems
  • Coordinate with related parties regarding all sales & marketing documents (e.g. quotation, invoice, contracts, report, event) in an efficient manner.
  •  Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparing and organizing of memo, presentations, materials and events
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years in sales & marketing support preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and sales support processes.
  • Well versed in IT skills, for example Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and work well under pressure with positive attitude and good service mind
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good in English communication, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the real estate business is desirable
  • Experience in SAP and CRM systems (e.g. ICONREM, Salesforce) is preferred
