Job Summary

  • Prepare supporting documents for corporate income tax and VAT refund
  • Coordinate with revenue department officers on their requested-on tax audit process.
  • Monthly tax submission process for tax claimed ex VAT submission for all component

Job Description

  • Review Monthly/Half Year and Annual Tax Reconciliations and Balance Sheet reconcile items
  • VAT allocation for Real Estate process (Development and Operation)
  • Follow up Tax refund and Coordinate with advisors, authorities (LTO and Area RD) and HQ tax team about tax matters. 
  • Prepare innovative tax planning model aligned with Feasibilities model.
  • Review and develop taxes procedures to align with business objective and comply with laws and regulations.
  • Initiate overview of SOP (Standard of Procedures) for Operations and Coordinate with operation team for detail development / implementation.
  • Perform Core Values of the company.

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields
  • Over 5 years of experience in Accounting / Audit/ Taxation/ Legal
  • Understanding of business opreation process which impracts taxes.
  • Understanding Taxes regulations and able to apply for tax case including finding referance the revenue case or tax court case to support the issue.
  • Understanding and able to utilize SAP and Microsoft offices application for works tasks.
  • Be able to work under high pressure and tight deadline.
  • Be able to initiate, carry out, coordinate, follow up with tasks.
  • Good skill in managing time, cost, and quality.
  • Good command of English communication.
