Job Summary

Job Description

  • Design Management and project management for MEP Design in One Bangkok by coordinating with Project Manager, consultants, internal team. Control cost and timeline
  • Review all MEP design matters related to Common Infrastructure, 
  • Manage and Coordinate with consultants and working together with One Bangkok team during design and construction stage.
  • Coordinate with Business development team to ensure that the design meet requirement
  • Discuss with related parties to support information to authority/ permission process
  • Control and management response to request for information (RFI)
  • Review drawing and issue change request (CMR) during construction
  • Check all technical drawing, coordinate with construction team to solve problem on site
  • Review drawing and assess value engineering
  • Review document through Unifier System to review and response
  • Any ad-hoc task related to MEP design during design and construction stage

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
  • 10-20 years of work experience in related business
  • Management Skills, result oriented, meet deadline, cost & quality
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Powerpoint, Autocad, Word, Excel
  • Good command in English both in spoken and written
