Job Summary

  • Lead a team of MEP engineers and technical services team.
  • Oversee the engineering operations of all properties and ensure they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively
  • Responsible for achieving excellence in engineering maintenance program, ensuring highest standards delivered and best practices implemented.
  • Representative of Owner to monitor work for One Bangkok or any assigned property regarding budget & contract management, outsource and own team management, involve and handover procedure from construction phase to operation phase.

Job Description

  • To be trusted by Owner are their representative for Engineering work
  • To be representative of Facility Management team regarding engineering work
  • Performance of conduct day to day MEP Engineering operation 
  • Performance of monitor MEP preventive/corrective maintenance program
  • Performance of monitoring Engineering work and team either owned or outsourced to achieve the common goal
  • MEP operation compliance with rules and regulations
  • Performance of monitoring energy management and sustainability

Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MEP engineering **
  • Hold an engineering license (Mechanical)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP system
  • Experience in MEP contractor or MEP designer ** HVAC & Sanitary system**
  • Experience in property and/or facility management
  • Knowledge in property and facility management business
  • Proven experience in
    • Conduct day to day Engineering operation
    • Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance
    • Managing and monitor own/outsource team
  • Problem-solving and good team management skill
  • Strong interpersonal and service minds
