Job Summary

The IT Business Application plays an important role in managing all business applications and support across the enterprise, e.g. SAP, CRM/Leasing Management, Tenant Service Management, Corporate Information Systems and the development projects in future.

Job Description

-Responsible for all business applications support across the enterprise including projects/programs. 
-Leads the applications design, development and delivery efforts to maintain a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise applications. 
-Provides direction for the application support team, develops the overall applications strategy and execution of departmental activities.
-Responsible for managing the support of the production business applications including system modifications and maintenance.
-Responsible for business relationships, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the business users and emerging needs.
-Building, managing and delivering a portfolio of technology programs and projects that improve business process capabilities.
-Responsible for developing and managing an applications plan working with the senior management of the business.
-Directing and evaluating feasibility studies, project scoping and project planning for business application projects.

Key Qualification

Bachelor or Master Degree 

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management  or a related field is preferable

Minimum at least 8 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
