Job Summary
The Marketing Manager drives customer traffic, engagement, and sales for The Wireless Club, while operating under the Business Development (BD) function to support business growth and new ventures.
This role oversees brand communication and performance marketing — managing owned media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), paid media, and influencer collaborations — to build awareness and convert audiences into customers.
Working within the BD structure, the Marketing Manager not only enhances current performance but also contributes insights and execution capabilities toward future concepts, brand extensions, and new F&B or lifestyle projects. Combining data, creativity, and collaboration, this role ensures that every marketing activity drives business growth, brand scalability, and customer experience excellence.

Strategy & Communication:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand direction. Ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints to drive measurable results. -
Campaign & Social Media Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground platforms. Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) — from content creation to engagement — to grow followers and strengthen brand connection. -
Promotion & Sales Activation:
Develop and manage seasonal or tactical promotions, collaborations, and in-store activations to boost traffic and sales. -
Customer Insight & CRM:
Analyze customer data and design retention programs (CRM, loyalty, membership) to encourage repeat visits. -
Content, KOL & Media:
Manage content calendars, creative production, and collaborations with media agencies and influencers. Optimize paid media and ad performance to maximize visibility and conversions. -
Brand Experience:
Oversee in-store communication, signage, and customer engagement touchpoints to ensure consistent brand experience. -
Events & Collaborations:
Plan and execute events or brand partnerships that attract new audiences, increase awareness, and generate measurable business impact. -
Performance & Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing performance (engagement, followers, ad ROI). Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field

10+ years of marketing experience in F&B, café, bar, or lifestyle business

Proven success in driving store traffic and linking marketing to sales performance

Strong command of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Experienced in KOL, influencer, and paid media campaigns

Skilled in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
