One Bangkok : Manager, Smart FM
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive Smart FM strategy aligned with the goals of Smart FM initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to improve digital products and services; for example, BIM, IVIVA, digital meters, data etc.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to promote understanding and effective use of digital tools among sta and facility users.
- Coordinate with IT and technology vendors to ensure system integration and proper functioning of digital tools in facilities.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for Smart FM projects and initiatives.
- Identifying and reporting potential risks to the Smart Estate Platform project before they happen as well as suggesting risk mitigation strategies to potential risks.
- Regular visits to the construction site to view physical progress firsthand and report findings back to the team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for management meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in smart facilities and digital experience management.
Qualifications:
- More than 8 years of experience in the Smart FM or MEP industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, FM, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of smart technologies and their application in FM.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with MEP systems, BIM, digital solutions in FM.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy management within facilities.
