Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Resilience, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), and Document Management Programs to strengthen operational excellence, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and organizational resilience across One Bangkok.

Job Description

Resilience Program

  • Develop and implement the organizational resilience framework, governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
  • Establish emergency response, crisis management, recovery, and contingency plans.
  • Conduct resilience risk assessments, coordinate emergency exercises, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and KPIs.
  • Support crisis response and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents.

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

  • Develop and maintain SHE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with ISO 45001.
  • Monitor SHE performance, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and implement preventive actions.
  • Promote safety culture through training, communication, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure SHE requirements are integrated into operational activities and events.

Document Management

  • Develop and maintain document control processes covering creation, approval, revision, distribution, and retention.
  • Ensure operational procedures, manuals, emergency plans, and technical documents are accurate, accessible, and compliant.
  • Coordinate document reviews, manage revision control, support digital document management initiatives, and conduct periodic audits to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Qualification

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in any related field.
-5-10 years experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery and managing multiple resiliency functions in any field of facility management.
-Strong understanding in real estate business with ability to apply this knowledge in crisis scenarios.
-Professional certifications in Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) will be advantage
