Job Description
- Plan and execute monthly lifestyle and wellness activities to enhance the workplace experience.
- Organize special events and networking opportunities for C-level executives and management.
- Implement and execute the 6-star tenant onboarding program, providing personalized move-in support and detailed orientation sessions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM system to ensure personalized assistance and exclusive amenities for tenants.
- Execute a follow up discussion with tenants to ensure continuous engagement, future event collaboration and satisfaction among by conducting quarterly check-ins.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in tenant relations, event management, hospitality, CRM, or a related field.
- Strong background in planning and executing lifestyle, wellness, and networking events.
- Experience in managing CRM systems to enhance tenant experience and engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives and management.
- Proven ability to execute onboarding programs and provide personalized tenant support.
- Strong analytical skills to collect and utilize data for improving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to drive community engagement and additional revenue generation.
