Job Description
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for One Bangkok Art & Culture across branding, communications, media, and public relations.
- Coordinate and implement integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns to promote Art & Culture programs, exhibitions, and activities across online and offline channels, including local and international media.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data, insights, and cultural trends to support campaign planning and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (artists, curators, galleries, organizers, and agencies) to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and activities.
- Support outreach to international audiences and media by coordinating with global partners and assisting in campaign localization and distribution.
- Help define target audiences and ensure campaign materials are aligned with both local and international segments.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., awareness, engagement, footfall, media coverage), with recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and on-ground execution of Art & Culture activities, including exhibitions, installations, and events, ensuring strong marketing visibility and audience engagement.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related functions, preferably within Art & Culture, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative industries.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and emerging digital trends.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) principles and campaign execution.
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to grow within a dynamic working environment.
