Job Summary
The Senior Executive, Estate Management – Car Park Management is responsible for overseeing daily car park operations, revenue processes, system functionality, customer service, and coordination with internal and external partners. This role ensures smooth operational performance, efficiency, safety, and a premium parking experience for tenants, visitors, and VIP guests.
Job Description
1. Revenue & Expense Management
-Monitor daily parking revenue and prepare related reports.
-Manage car park redemption processes and parking coupons.
-Oversee space rental, EV charging electricity reports, and billing accuracy.
-Prepare quotations, invoices, and track payment status.
-Handle service billing, approval workflows, procurement, and document control.
2. Carpark Support & Administration
-Manage car park membership accounts and redemption registrations.
-Coordinate with L1 support for system or application issues.
-Address office tenant inquiries and facilitate reprint ticket requests.
-Support car park members with LPR (License Plate Recognition) problems.
-Verify vehicle ownership upon traffic team request.
-Clean and correct incomplete car park transactions.
-Prepare data summaries and operational reports.
-Provide customer support for LPR or ticket issues.
-Manage Hotel Redemption software and tablet requests.
3. Carpark Area Management
-Coordinate daily with the traffic management team.
-Manage car guidance and traffic flow within the car park.
-Troubleshoot system malfunctions and support system recovery.
-Oversee reserved parking areas and improvement works.
-Handle area readiness, defect reporting, and work permit coordination.
-Maintain directional and temporary signage.
-Support ad-hoc operations and new area openings.
4. District Services Operations
-Monitor readiness and performance of external carpark operators.
-Oversee shuttle bus services, golf carts, airport shuttle, and internal buggies.
-Coordinate valet and luxury parking operations.
-Manage loading dock operations and event-related transportation support.
-Oversee EV charger operations and customer usage issues.
Key Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Property Management, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in car park operations, estate management, or facility management.

Strong knowledge of LPR systems, parking technology, and traffic flow operations.

Experience in revenue tracking, billing, and procurement processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and service-minded attitude.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
